MLB Preview 4-6-21

Major League Baseball Daily Preview 4-6-21

Houston Astros v. Los Angeles Angels

Projected Starters: Zach Grienke v. Dylan Bundy

Both of these teams are 4-1 to start the season and will throw out one of their better starting pitchers on the mound this afternoon. Yesterday this exact match up ended in a 7-6 win for the Angels but today I am expecting a low scoring affair in Anaheim.

The Bet: Under 9.5 Total Runs

Baltimore Orioles v. New York Yankees

Projected Starters: Dean Kramer v. Gerrit Cole

Baltimore is surprisingly 3-1 to start the season but don’t let that record fool you, they are still a bad baseball team. New York started the year with a loss but has evened their record at 2-2 since Opening Day. Their bats heated up in a 7-0 win last night and now with their ace on the mound I expect them to win easily again.

The Bet: Yankees Runline

Pittsburgh Pirates v. Cincinnati Reds

Projected Starters: Trevor Cahill v. Wade Miley

These two teams are trending in opposite directions as Pittsburgh is 1-3 and Cincinnati is 3-1. Both teams will toss out veteran arms making their first starts of the season tonight. Playing in a hitters ballpark like Great American will have a positive impact on the total tonight.

The Bet: Over 9.5 Total Runs

New York Mets v. Philadelphia Phillies

Projected Starters: Marcus Stroman v. Chase Anderson

The Mets started their season in true Mets fashion last night with their bullpen blowing a late lead and losing a close one. The Phillies are a shocking 4-0 to start the season but their undefeated run will end tonight at the hands of Stroman and the Mets.

The Bet: Mets Moneyline

Fancy a Parlay?

Rays & Padres to Win

Both teams have their respective ace on the mound tonight and faceoff against a club towards the bottom of their division.
